Thoughts of key teachers in Tra Vinh Province

• Before participating in the training, I did not understand children with disabilities properly. After participating in the training, I have learned teaching methods, knowledge and information about inclusive education. When I return to my hometown, I will do my best to support students with disabilities living in the community.
• During the training, I learned about the characteristics of students with disabilities, teaching methods and appropriate ways of providing knowledge. This training is really helpful.
• During such a pandemic, reporters from far away HCMC come here to teach us a lot of important knowledge about appropriate teaching methods for students with disabilities.
• After participating in the training, I have resolved my doubts about inclusive education. I also learned a lot from the experienced lecturers.

Thoughts of key teachers in Kien Giang Province

• When I was chosen by the Education Department as a key teacher, I was quite apprehensive. Because I am the principal of a preschool, every day is very busy. However, when I joined the study, I found that from the lecturers to the 33 participants, everyone was great. In addition, I was able to absorb completely new knowledge so I was very excited. Inclusive education needs love and tolerance.
• I feel really honored to be chosen as a key teacher. At the preschool, there are students with disabilities, but after many years of not knowing how to teach, we have a hard time. When participating in the training, seeing the video "School for all" by Ms. Kimura, and then learning methods for students with disabilities, I feel that I have solved the problems at my school and feel very confident in execution.
• In the training class, the lecturers was enthusiastic, taught the necessary content for the school environment, and the teaching method was also easy to understand. Before participating in the training, I also learned about the Individual Education Plan on the internet but found it too difficult and ineffective. After attending the training, I found the Individual Education Plan easier and understood clearly how to do it.
